Conatser And Ozorai Win Hammer Throw Competitions At Trojan InvitationalPublished by
Remington Conatser won the men's hammer throw and broke into USC's all-time top 10 in the event and Jenny Ozorai won the women's hammer throw competition to highlight the action on the first day of the Trojan Invitational held today (March 22). The hammer throw competition was held at West L.A. College with USC capturing both the men's and women's titles, before returning back to campus for the rest of the meet being held at Loker Stadium. Conatser's first throw of the competition was a winner, a PR and the 10th -farthest throw in USC history of 219-4 (66.85). Conatser entered the season with a best of 217-5 (66.26m) which is the national junior college/community college record. Senior Beau Falgout placed ninth with a best mark of 147-2 (43.45m).
